These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and ph696 ("ph696," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ph696 website, mobile interface, game offerings, payment services, promotional programs, and all related features and functionality available at https://ph696.vip and its associated subdomains.

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity);

ph696 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account where eligibility criteria are not met or where there is reasonable suspicion that eligibility has been misrepresented. Where an account is found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, all deposits will be returned and all winnings will be forfeited without exception.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ph696 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other details required by ph696's registration process. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly notify ph696 of any changes via the live chat or support channels.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ph696 operates a Know Your Customer verification process consistent with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of the payment methods associated with your account. ph696 reserves the right to place withdrawal holds or restrict account functionality pending satisfactory KYC completion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph696 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph696 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. 4.1 Player-Owned Payment Methods

You may only deposit using payment accounts that are registered in your own legal name. ph696 does not accept deposits originating from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party payment account may result in account suspension and the return of the deposited amount to its source.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on ph696 is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated in the cashier interface. ph696 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ph696 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your payment provider at the time of the transaction, for which ph696 accepts no liability.

4.4 Deposit Finality

Deposits are generally credited to your ph696 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ph696 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Once credited, deposits are available for gameplay but are not reversible except in accordance with ph696's withdrawal procedures.

• Verification Requirements: Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for amounts exceeding specified thresholds or for first-time withdrawal requests. ph696 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in connection with a withdrawal request.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and will be displayed in the cashier interface. ph696 reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time.
• Withdrawal Refusal: ph696 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where a regulatory obligation applies. In such cases, ph696 will retain funds in accordance with its obligations under applicable law.

ph696 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. 6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ph696 account are typically subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts associated with each bonus will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.2 One Bonus Per Household

6.3 Misuse of Promotions

7.1 Random Number Generation

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph696 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ph696, whether using the same or different personal information;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;

ph696 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A regulatory obligation, court order, or law enforcement request requires account restriction;
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is suspected;

• The account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months without any deposit or withdrawal activity.

You may close your ph696 account voluntarily at any time by contacting the live support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to your registered payment method, less any applicable bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph696 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ph696 content;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph696 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph696 platform, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim.

ph696's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ph696 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph696 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, network outages, or circumstances beyond ph696's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. ph696 will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduled maintenance periods in advance.

Your use of the ph696 platform is also governed by ph696's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how ph696 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

ph696 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph696 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform interface, login notification, or registered contact details. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ph696 platform after any modification to these Terms has been posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any revision, you must cease using the ph696 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph696 operates with respect for and in support of PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gaming in the Philippines. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable Philippine law or regulation, the applicable law or regulation shall prevail to the extent of the conflict, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
